Inkjet printers require routine maintenance and maintenance of ink cartridges to ensure print quality and longevity. Since the nozzle is at the nanometer level, it is easy to be blocked by the dust layer if it is exposed to the air for a long time, and the ink will also dry out and block the nozzle. In order to reduce the occurrence of this situation, we recommend that you press and wipe the nozzle of the ink cartridge several times with a paper towel before each use, and then install it for use.

I am absolutely loving my printpen! It is so fun and easy to use. I uploaded a file that I made in Adobe Express and it came out great! I have made a few cappuccinos with it and I��m looking forward to my future creations with this! I can't wait to use this for the holidays. You need to get one if you love to be creative!
It took me a while to learn to use it because to me, an old lady, the sequence of pressing buttons wasn't obviously stated in the directions. You have to keep the print head very clean between uses. I'm using them to label empanadas. I need to build a jig to be efficient. I'll post pictures after I am consistent. I'm having trouble printing in exactly the same spot all the time so some of my product is wonky. I wish I could upload my own font. Maybe you can? I haven't found a way yet or written to the company. You can up load photos or drawings. They offer three colors of cartridges but it only prints one color at a time. It is rechargable. You have to use a phone ap. We will see how long the print cartridges last. It might become expensive depending upon number of uses. It has the potential to be awesome.
I got this as a birthday gift. It did stop working within the first 2 months but the company replaced it for me. I love using it to decorate macarons.It's easy to use and the software is user friendly so I recommend it if you have a lot to decorate at one time.
I love my evebot I use it everyday at my bar in Boston . I recently lost the power button on the machine it popped off somehow ??? This item proves that practice makes perfect. It is a food printer in pen form. Connection and set up were okay though the app was not consistent. Practice is necessary before using for company. It is fun and the more you use it the easier it gets. The colors are limited to brown, red and black.
